Urbanclap is hiring for a Business Development Associate! About the Company: Urbanclap is hiring a Business Development Associate for its InstaHelp category in Hyderabad. This field-first opportunity is focused on expanding the service partner network and helping new partners successfully join, complete onboarding, and become active on the platform. Responsibilities: Scout and identify potential service partners across Hyderabad. Explain the InstaHelp opportunity, platform expectations, and earning potential to prospective partners. Guide interested partners through each stage of the onboarding process. Track documentation, onboarding progress, and follow-ups to help partners clear onboarding requirements. Ensure approved partners successfully go live on the platform. Maintain an organized and healthy pipeline of prospective service partners. Work actively in the field during the scheduled working hours of 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Requirements: Open to candidates across all experience levels. Applicants must be below 30 years of age. Ability to own and use a two-wheeler for field activities. Genuine interest in field work, partner acquisition, and on-ground engagement. Strong communication, persuasion, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. Compensation: ₹30,000 monthly in-hand salary, ₹3,000 monthly travel allowance, and ₹3,100 for every approved partner. An approved partner is one who clears onboarding and goes live on the platform; incentive earnings are uncapped. Work arrangement: Full-time, in-office/field role based in Hyderabad.
