Counsel students regarding admission process, eligibility, fees, career scope. Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets. Build long-term relationship with student. Requirements: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills. Prior experience or proven interest in sales, business development, or client acquisition. Self-motivated attitude with the ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced work environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes is a strong plus. Relevant educational background suited for business development and educational consulting.
