Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential customers. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Continuously improve through feedback. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales. Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Must possess a bike and a valid driving license. Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Kannada is required. Male candidates preferred.
