We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with people, and want to build a rewarding career in the EdTech industry. Responsibilities: Contact prospective students through outbound calls. Understand students' career goals and educational requirements. Counsel students about Online & Distance UG/PG programs. Recommend suitable universities and courses. Generate, qualify, and convert leads into admissions. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates. Guide students throughout the complete admission process. Maintain accurate records in CRM and update daily activities. Achieve monthly sales and admission targets. Build strong relationships with students and parents. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. Freshers are welcome to apply. Up to 1 year of experience in EdTech, BPO, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Service is preferred. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Comfortable making 150-200+ outbound calls daily. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
