About The Role: We are seeking a Business Development Associate for a USA-based company who can foster opportunities for business growth, strategize to target potential clients and customers, and formulate plans for the overall development of the company. Note : High Compensation Opportunity; After training, business development team members will receive bonuses and commission on a profit-sharing basis with each new client onboarded for the first 12 months. We are building a performance culture, where the earning potential will have no limits. You will also be able to earn from all new team members you train and help become successful in onboarding new clients. Shift Timings: Not initially, but after training, timing will shift to evening and early morning to meet USA time availability. Key Requirements and Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and new business opportunities by conducting market research. Demonstrate English proficiency with a strong desire and ability to learn and improve. Strong Verbal and written communication in different channels such as phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve, and provide assistance Work the night shift for the USA time zones. Ability to establish strong client relationships Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Can work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible on any changes in the process. Stay updated on product and service knowledge to give the best assistance to the customers. Can maintain and practice confidentiality about customers' information and sensitive data.
