AuctorLabs is hiring for Business Development and Social Media Intern About the Company AuctorLabs is seeking a proactive Business Development and Social Media Intern to support student engagement, institutional outreach, and digital growth. This remote internship is suited to someone who communicates confidently, understands social media content, and is interested in sales, marketing, or the MBA entrance preparation ecosystem. Responsibilities Reach out to students who have signed up on the product, understand their preparation needs, and identify how AuctorLabs can help bridge their gaps. Contact coaching institutes and introduce the offering to generate interest. Pitch the product to coaching institutes and support scheduling demo meetings with the founding team. Make and follow up on a high volume of outreach calls, maintaining clear and accurate records in MS Excel. Support digital marketing and social media marketing activities. Contribute ideas for Instagram content and reels by identifying formats and themes that are likely to engage the target audience. Share insights from student and institute conversations with the internal team. Requirements Interest in business development, sales, digital marketing, or social media marketing. English proficiency for spoken communication and comfort communicating in Hindi. Comfortable making 30 or more calls per day. Working knowledge of MS Excel and organised follow-up practices. Active on Instagram with a good understanding of what makes reels engaging. Having attempted or preparing for CAT or other MBA entrance examinations is a strong plus. Ability to commit 4 to 5 hours per day for the full three-month internship. Strong communication skills, initiative, consistency, and willingness to learn.
