Responsibilities of the Candidate: Maintain and expand our customer base Understand client requirements and pitch the relevant solution Active front-end sales and cross-sell to potential buyers over the platform Extensive coordination with EMB partners to close deals Find new business opportunities and manage relationships with current clients Deliver daily progress, revenue and activity report for all clients Analyse, research, recommend and implement processes and systems Working with the operations and technology teams to ensure efficient delivery of the project as per the guidelines Outbound client acquisition through social media and networks Keeping track of all the documentation required for a transaction Helping both buyers and sellers in an ongoing transaction Maintain regular contact with clients to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and concerns and work with internal teams to resolve those Requirements: Proven work experience ideally in a B2B sales Excellent verbal and written communication Good communication skills (both English and Hindi) Demonstrated initiative and boldness Experience in IT/ SaaS sales is preferred What you can expect?
