Engineer's Cradle is hiring for the position of Business Collaborations & Partnership Intern! About the role: The Business Collaborations Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships and collaborations with external organizations. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and creative individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities of the Intern: Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships with external organizations. Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners. Contact the client on a regular basis. Contact and connect with new clients. Negotiate and manage contracts with external partners. Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of partnerships. Develop and manage budgets for partnerships. Prepare reports and presentations on partnership performance. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments. Who are our target clients: Engineering Colleges Industries Engineering Organizations like IEEE, SAE, etc. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
