In this role, you will focus on researching and analyzing customer personas for various online degree courses offered on our platform. Your insights will help us refine our marketing strategies, improve course recommendations, and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities of the Intern: Research customer personas for various online degree courses (MBA, BBA, MCA, BCA, etc.) Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and key factors influencing course selection Study customer journeys to understand why they chose RiseUpp over direct university or competitors Identify key social media platforms used by customers and their engagement patterns Gather insights on factors influencing the choice of specialization and university for online courses Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations for marketing and sales teams Eligibility: Must be currently pursuing an online undergraduate or postgraduate degree course Strong analytical and research skills with an interest in customer behavior Proficiency in data collection, interpretation, and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) Knowledge of customer persona frameworks and marketing research techniques Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Perks: Hands-on experience with real-world business data Mentorship from industry leaders Internship certificate, letter of re
