Job Description : This job is at Athena e-learn, a digital learning platform currently providing learning in Housing Finance, Credit Information and Behavioural Skills and working on B2B learning interventions. We provide consultancy services to Housing Finance Companies, NBFCs, and Banks in the mortgage finance space. The Company is looking for a "Business Analyst" who will work on LMS and help in assignments in the e-learning & consultancy space Responsibilities of the Candidate: Lead effective implementation and maintenance of the LMS Keep track of all courses, materials, and workshops within the LMS Recognize and resolve the issues, bugs, and errors that may appear on LMS and make sure it works perfectly Prepare proposals and presentations for clients Coordinate consultancy/training-related assignments with clients and internally from start to delivery Prepare reports and other documents for clients Requirements: Excellent communication skills - Written and verbal (English) Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Positive, participative, and proactive attitude Attention to detail and ability to multi-task Should be willing to travel outstation for work, if required This is a work from office job Joining Date : Immediately
