Key Responsibilities Conduct consumer calls to understand product usage, complaints, repeat purchase behaviour and improvement areas.Research new launches, competitors, pricing, claims, packaging, ingredients and product communication. Maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers for campaigns.Visit stores to introduce Beco products and drive placements. Requirements- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.Comfortable with field visits across Mumbai.Good communication skills in English and Hindi.Confident speaking to store owners and consumers.Interest in marketing, consumer brands and retail.
