Billing Executive at Unique Energy

Job Summary We are looking for a Billing Executive to handle billing, invoicing, order processing, and documentation for our distribution warehouse. The candidate will coordinate closely with the Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and dispatch of products. Key Responsibilities Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, credit notes, and other billing documents. Process customer orders and generate invoices based on approved sales orders. Verify product quantity, price, discount, GST, and customer details before billing. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure invoices match the actual dispatched quantity. Prepare billing documents for outward and inward stock movements when required. Handle sales returns, replacements, cancellations, and invoice corrections. Maintain accurate records of invoices, dispatches, returns, and pending orders. Update billing and stock-related information in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel. Coordinate with logistics/delivery teams regarding dispatch documentation. Assist the Accounts team with invoice reconciliation and outstanding-related documentation. Maintain proper filing of physical and digital billing records. Ensure all billing activities are completed accurately and within the required timelines. Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in billing, distribution, warehouse, or accounts. Experience in a trading/distribution company will be an advantage. Good knowledge of MS Excel, invoicing, GST, and ERP/accounting software. Good numerical and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse/distribution environment.
