Roles and Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments. Effectively communicate the value proposition of EduBloom's products/services. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to identify business opportunities. Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Handle objections and address client concerns professionally. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer insights. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a Business Development role. Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and tracking. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment. Excellent understanding of sales processes and techniques. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales. Skills and Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong proficiency in CRM Software, enabling efficient lead management and client interaction. Exceptional Negotiation skills are crucial for effectively closing deals and building strong client relationships. Demonstrated experience and understanding of B2B Sales principles and practices are essential for success in this role. .
