We’re hiring: Business Development Intern at Kustodian.Life Location: Hybrid (Bangalore) Compensation: ₹10,000–₹15,000/month Type: Full-time internship | 3 months | Immediate start PPO available for successful candidates At Kustodian, we’re building India’s first comprehensive FinTech platform for end-of-life, legacy, and asset planning—making difficult conversations simpler and more accessible for families. As a Business Development Intern, you’ll work closely with our core team to identify growth opportunities, generate leads, build client and partner relationships, and help scale services such as eKhata, Wills, NPS, PPF, Shares Recovery, Estate Planning, and wealth-management solutions. What you’ll do: • Research target segments, business opportunities, and potential partners • Generate and qualify leads; schedule specialist consultations • Run outreach through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn • Build and nurture prospect, customer, and partner relationships • Support pitches, proposals, presentations, and promotional content • Track lead and pipeline data in Excel/Google Sheets and contribute growth ideas We’re looking for someone who is: • A confident, thoughtful communicator • Curious, proactive, organised, and relationship-oriented • Comfortable with Excel and Google Sheets • Interested in sales, business development, marketing, customer success, or operations • From a non-coding background and ready to take ownership Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer support, or business development is a plus—but a strong learning mindset matters most.
