Banking Operations Associate at Skilllabs

About the Role: We are looking for a Banking Operations Associate to support day-to-day banking and financial operations, maintain accurate records, process transactions, and ensure that operational activities are completed efficiently and in accordance with internal procedures. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers and documentation, and interested in building a career in banking and financial services. What You'll Do: Process and verify banking and financial transactions Review customer and account-related documentation Maintain accurate records and operational reports Perform data entry and transaction reconciliation Verify information against internal records and supporting documents Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues Monitor transactions and follow established banking procedures Assist with account opening, updates, and documentation processes Support daily operational and administrative activities Identify discrepancies and escalate exceptions when required Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information Follow internal controls, compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field 0-2 years of experience in banking, financial services, operations, or a related field Good numerical and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with MS Excel and basic office tools Ability to handle repetitive and process-driven tasks consistently Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to work with confidential information responsibly
