Roles: Conduct end-to-end background verification activities, including employment, education, address, identity, criminal, reference, and other applicable checks. Coordinate with candidates, employers, educational institutions, government authorities, and third-party vendors to obtain and verify information. Responsibility: Report Writing & Documentation Prepare clear, concise, and accurate background verification reports based on verification outcomes. Analyze verification findings and summarize results in a professional and objective manner. Respond to client queries related to verification findings and reports. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve verification issues and clarify information. Support quality assurance initiatives by adhering to reporting standards and process guidelines. Requirements: Knowledge of BGV processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements. Experience with employment screening or verification platforms.
