Create and maintain robust APIs to facilitate seamless communication between the frontend and backend components. Assist in database design and optimization, ensuring data integrity and efficient data retrieval for various applications. Participate in the debugging process and troubleshoot issues to identify and fix bugs in the backend codebase. Conduct unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability. Work towards optimizing the backend infrastructure to improve scalability, response time, and overall system performance. Coordinate with the frontend development team to understand and fulfill their requirements, ensuring smooth integration between frontend and backend components. Maintain clear and concise technical documentation for the backend codebase, including code structure, APIs, and integrations. Stay informed about the latest advancements in backend development and apply best practices to enhance the efficiency and security of our applications. Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, Node.js, or PHP. Familiarity with backend web frameworks like Django, Flask, Express, or Ruby on Rails.
