Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms. Meet prospective B2B customers across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, engineering, and industrial sectors. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial filtration solutions. Conduct product presentations and provide technical support to customers (comprehensive product training will be provided). Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups via phone, email, WhatsApp, and client visits. Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for quotations, order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and visit reports. Achieve monthly sales targets while contributing to the company's overall business growth.
