About this role

Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Mapping: Identify and research key educational institutions, colleges, and PG/hostel chains across assigned territories. Institutional Outreach: Connect directly with decision-makers (Principals, Directors, Facility Owners, Hostel Wardens) via calls, emails, and meetings. Product Walkthroughs & Demos: Present SmartNex Hostel OS and campus automation platforms to prospective clients. Pipeline & Closure: Manage the client relationship from initial pitch to institutional onboarding and closure. Strategy & Feedback: Work directly with the founding team to refine Go-To-Market (GTM) execution and sales collateral. Requirements: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven with a passion for B2B tech startups, SaaS sales, and business development. Available for 10-15 hours/week for a duration of 2 to 3 months.
