Responsibilities Identify and generate new B2B leads through field visits, cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. Visit potential clients and decision-makers to introduce and demonstrate our products. Develop relationships with businesses and convert prospects into customers. Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up. Regularly follow up with existing and prospective customers. Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, follow-ups, and sales. Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets. Identify new markets, industries, and business opportunities. Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, samples, orders, and delivery. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management. Requirements 1-4 years of experience in B2B field sales/business development. Experience in industrial products, chemicals, cleaning products, textiles, manufacturing, hospitality, commercial laundry, or similar B2B sectors is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable travelling locally for client meetings and business development. Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets. Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM tools. Candidates with a strong field-sales attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
