About the Company: Esna Holidays India Private Limited is seeking an energetic Travel Consultant to join a growing B2B destination management business serving international travel requirements. This role offers exposure to Malaysia and other regional destinations, global hotel and supplier networks, and the fast-paced business of designing and confirming memorable travel experiences. Responsibilities: Handle B2B travel enquiries from travel agents, tour operators and other business partners. Understand client requirements and prepare practical FIT, GIT and MICE itineraries. Develop accurate quotations, costing and package proposals in line with client budgets and commercial objectives. Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides and destination suppliers to confirm arrangements. Follow up consistently with clients, address concerns, negotiate appropriately and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Maintain timely communication, accurate records and ownership throughout the enquiry-to-delivery cycle. Support repeat business, partner relationships and destination promotion initiatives. Requirements: Applicants from travel, tourism, hospitality, tour operation or DMC backgrounds are welcome. Freshers who have completed 12th standard may also apply if they demonstrate strong communication, sales attitude and willingness to learn. Prior B2B travel sales, DMC, itinerary planning, quotation or costing experience will be an advantage. Knowledge of Malaysia or Sri Lanka destinations, hotels, attractions and travel logistics is preferred. Good spoken and written English, confident client handling and strong follow-up discipline are important. Commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, attention to detail and ownership of assignments are expected. The position is full-time and based in Delhi or Ahmedabad.
