Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 support for Azure networking, connectivity, routing, and security services. Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, Web Application Firewalls, VPNs, network access rules, and traffic flows. Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolution with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor network and security events, maintain operational documentation, and contribute to improvements in availability and protection. Follow change, incident, and problem-management processes while supporting a stable production environment. Requirements: Three to five years of professional experience in cybersecurity, network security, or infrastructure security. Practical experience with Microsoft Azure networking, firewalls, WAF solutions, and related troubleshooting. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN technologies, access controls, and security monitoring. Good analytical, communication, and incident-management skills. Immediate joiners who are currently based in Mumbai and can work from the local office are preferred; only local candidates may apply. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity in Mumbai with annual compensation of ₹5,00,000 to ₹9,00,000, aligned to the candidate's expertise and relevant experience.
