Audience Engagement Lead at EFY Group

Company: EFY Group / Electronics For You Salary: Rs. 35,000-50,000 per month Experience: 1-2 years Location: Okhla, Delhi Mode: WFO & WFH About the Role We are looking for an Audience Engagement professional who can build and grow an engaged audience across our digital platforms and online communities. The ideal candidate should have experience working with a technical, student-focused, developer, or content-driven brand and should be able to grow an audience from near zero. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow audiences across YouTube, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp communities. Increase followers, engagement, audience retention, website traffic, and conversions. Convert event registrations into regular website visitors or active community members. Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos. Host webinars, online sessions, and community activities. Create engaging technical and student-focused content. Track audience growth and engagement using social media analytics tools. Develop strategies to improve audience participation and retention. Requirements 1-2 years of relevant experience in audience engagement, community building, or social media management. Experience building an audience from near zero. Experience managing a community or audience of 10,000+ , along with retention and engagement data. Strong technical English copywriting skills. Good anchoring and presentation skills for regular webinars. Hands-on experience scripting, shooting, and editing short-form videos. Good knowledge of social media management and analytical tools. Preferred Background Candidates from developer communities, technical platforms, student-focused brands, electronics/hardware companies, or B2B technology event marketing would be preferred. Not a Fit Profiles primarily focused on consumer-brand social media or agency-based social media management , where the main metrics are only followers or impressions, may not be suitable for this role
