About the Role: At OBAOL Supreme, we are building an interconnected ecosystem for global agricultural trade and commodities. As an Associate Support & Relationship Intern, you will play a pivotal role in partner success and relationship management. You will work directly on onboarding new associates, guiding them through platform workflows, activating their offerings, and driving sustained engagement across our trade network Team Mentorship & Support: Our experienced internal team will provide complete guidance, step-by-step onboarding, and continuous mentorship throughout your internship. You will be equipped with clear checklists, templates, and hands-on support to help you learn and succeed in every task. Key Responsibilities: Associate Onboarding & Guidance: Connect with newly registered or interested associates assigned by the sales team, guiding them through account setup and profile completion. Verification & Data Collection: Gather and verify essential business profiles, contact details, and product/service listings. Platform Support: Educate associates on platform navigation, operational workflows, and participation opportunities within the OBAOL ecosystem. Activation Tracking: Verify that product listings and service offerings are accurately published and made live on the platform. Follow-ups & CRM Updates: Follow up on pending onboarding steps, missing details, or inactive accounts, maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM tracking system. Trade Enquiry Coordination: Capture inbound buyer/seller trade requirements and facilitate seamless routing to the relevant internal teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with operators, internal execution teams, and technical support to promptly resolve associate queries or escalations. Relationship Building & Retention: Maintain ongoing communication with active associates to support partner retention and ecosystem engagement.
