Role Overview: We are looking for a driven and articulate Associate - Delegate Relations to join our sales team. In this role, you will identify, reach out to, and convert prospects into paying delegates for our flagship masterclass programs. If you are someone who thrives on targets, enjoys consultative selling, and is interested in connecting business leaders with learning programs, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Revenue & Sales: Own and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by converting prospects into delegate registrations. Pitch ETMasterclass programs consultatively, aligning program value with the prospect's professional and organisational goals. Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from lead generation to closure and post-sale follow-up. Upsell and cross-sell multiple programs to existing clients and corporate accounts. Outbound Calling & Mailing: Execute structured outbound calling campaigns targeting CXOs, senior managers, and decision-makers. Craft and send personalised email pitches that drive engagement and conversions. Follow up with prospects across multiple touchpoints to move deals through the funnel. Research & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other B2B databases. Research industries, companies, and individuals to personalise outreach and improve pitch relevance. Build and maintain a pipeline of new-to-brand leads. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and deal stages in CRM tools. Share weekly pipeline, conversion, and activity reports with the Manager - Delegate Relations. Analyse personal performance data to identify improvement areas and replicate successful approaches. What We're Looking For: Must-Have: 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, tele-sales, or business development. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
