About the Role: Drive brand awareness, enroll students into free programs, and convert them into paid subscribers. You'll work closely with parents, students, and schools, managing the full customer lifecycle through field sales and engagement. Compensation: 7 LPA (5 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Variable + Travel Allowance) For the first 2 months (Probation): ₹25,000 + Travel Allowance Post-probation (Full-time): 7 LPA (5 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Variable + Travel Allowance) Locations: Gurugram, Delhi NCR Key Responsibilities: Activate schools and promote UPRIO's platform. Enroll students into free trial batches. Convert free users into paid subscribers. Drive renewals, retention, and follow-ups. Required Skills & Qualifications: Good communication skills.
