This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a customer-focused insurance business through a strong and compliant agency channel. Responsibilities: Deliver Gross Written Premium (GPW) targets for the assigned territory and agent span. Recruit new agents in line with applicable regulations and company guidelines. Activate agents and support them in building consistent business productivity. Plan and ensure agent training based on business requirements. Maintain business hygiene and compliance standards while pursuing targets. Promote a balanced spread of business across the company's product lines. Motivate agents and develop strong, long-term relationships between them and the organisation. Track competitor activity and share relevant market intelligence with internal teams. Review agent performance and take appropriate corrective or developmental action. Requirements: Graduate degree from a recognised institution. At least 1 year of experience in the agency function of a life, general or health insurance company, or in sales within a non-insurance organisation. Experience building a territory from the ground up will be an advantage. Strong communication, perseverance, adaptability and goal orientation. Willingness to learn, work with agents and deliver results across the assigned territory. The position is based across Tirunelveli, Namakkal, Villupuram, Gobichettipalayam and Dindigul. The annual compensa
