Roles: Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets. Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, channel partners, and key customers. Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and outstation travel within the assigned region. Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer support. Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections from customers. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, visit reports, and market feedback. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Promote company products and provide product-related guidance to customers. Preferred Candidate Profile: Self-motivated and target-driven professional. Strong customer handling and follow-up skills. Ability to build long-term business relationships. Comfortable with frequent travel and field sales activities. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or field sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.
