Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the network. Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Provide product training and support to dealers. Prepare and present sales reports to management. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in B2B field sales, specifically within the electrical, cables, or building materials industry. Proven track record of setting up and managing dealer networks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
