About this role
Roles & Responbilities: Call insurance companies (in the US) to follow up on claims. Analyze and understand the denied/rejected claims and take appropriate action. Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness. Ensure timely follow-up with insurance companies for payment resolution. Work on insurance aging reports and take necessary actions. Handle billing issues and resolve discrepancies with insurance payers. Maintain clear and concise documentation of actions taken. Meet daily/weekly productivity. Requirements: Good communication skills in English (verbal and written). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
