The role offers an opportunity to work in a structured, performance-oriented environment while contributing to accurate and timely healthcare receivables management. Responsibilities Handle assigned accounts receivable calling activities and follow up on outstanding claims or balances. Contact insurance providers and relevant stakeholders to understand payment status, denials, pending claims, and required corrections. Document call outcomes, account updates, and follow-up actions accurately in the designated systems. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or claim-related issues and meet productivity and quality targets. Maintain confidentiality, follow process guidelines, and provide timely updates on escalated accounts. Requirements 1-5 years of relevant experience in AR calling, medical billing, healthcare collections, or revenue-cycle operations. Strong verbal communication, active listening, and professional follow-up skills. Ability to understand account details, identify discrepancies, and maintain clear documentation. Comfort working with targets, process metrics, and rotational operational priorities. Applicants should be available to work full time from the Chennai office. Compensation: ₹23,000-₹42,000 per month take-home, based on experience and role fit.
