Responsibilities Develop clean, maintainable Android applications using Kotlin or Java. Convert XML and Jetpack Compose layouts, along with Figma prototypes, into responsive mobile interfaces. Integrate RESTful APIs and process JSON responses using appropriate libraries and patterns. Test applications across Android SDK versions and device configurations, troubleshoot defects, and improve performance. Collaborate with backend engineers, product designers, and QA teams to deliver reliable releases. Learn and apply Android development guidelines, Android Studio capabilities, MVVM, Clean Architecture, and modern mobile engineering practices. Requirements Suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience. B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communication Engineering, or MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science, preferably from the 2024-2026 batches. Working foundation in Kotlin or Java, Android Studio, and Android SDK components such as Activities, Fragments, Intents, and Services. Basic understanding of XML or Jetpack Compose, REST APIs, HTTP, JSON parsing, Retrofit or Volley, and local storage using Room, SharedPreferences, or SQLite. Familiarity with Git and GitHub, analytical problem-solving, and clear communication. Exposure to Kotlin Coroutines, LiveData, Hilt/Dagger, Firebase, Flutter, React Native, or a published academic/personal app will be an advantage.
