About the Role We're looking for driven e-commerce professionals who understand Amazon Seller Central, PPC advertising, and marketplace growth strategies . If you're early in your career and serious about building expertise in Amazon account management, running PPC campaigns, and scaling brands - we'd love to connect with you. You'll own our Amazon marketplace presence and play a direct role in growing the brand's sales. (We're looking for someone to own the Amazon end to end - budget, campaign architecture, and listing strategy. Key Responsibilities Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts and day-to-day operations. Own the full Amazon Ads budget across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display. Own listing SEO, A+ content strategy, and Brand Store; brief creative execution. Run search term and targeting analysis at depth and act on it. Diagnose conversion problems and distinguish an ads issue from a listing, pricing, review, or delivery issue. Carry out competitor analysis, pricing strategy, and sales-growth planning. Manage reviews, ratings, and overall account health. Coordinate with the operations team on inventory and FBA/shipments. Prepare sales and advertising performance reports. Requirements (Must-Have) 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or Amazon account management. Understanding of ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate. Experience building campaign architecture from scratch, not only optimising inherited structures. Interest or experience in listing optimisation and keyword research. Fluency in Search Term and Targeting reports. Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis. Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset. Eagerness to learn fast and take ownership. Good to Have (Plus Points) Hands-on exposure to Amazon Seller Central or the Amazon Ads console.
