Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain machine learning models for business and operational use cases. Work with structured and unstructured data, including data preparation, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with product, business, and operations stakeholders to translate textile-industry challenges into measurable AI/ML solutions. Build reliable data and model pipelines and document experiments, assumptions, results, and deployment considerations. Analyse model outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to responsible and scalable production implementation. Act as a communication bridge between the Director and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks. Track key projects, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of action items. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and business documentation for leadership review. Assist in client communication, relationship management, and business correspondence. Coordinate travel plans, meetings, events, and business visits whenever required. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather business insights to support strategic decisions. Maintain records, confidential information, and important business documents with accuracy and discretion. Support process improvement initiatives and help streamline operational workflows.
