Responsibilities Manage the admissions process from initial enquiry through application completion and enrolment. Speak with prospective students and parents to understand their goals, explain programmes, and address questions about eligibility, fees, timelines, and outcomes. Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and other appropriate channels while maintaining accurate records in the admissions system. Coordinate with counselling, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth applicant journey. Track conversion activity, meet assigned admission targets, and share regular pipeline updates with the team. Requirements 1 to 5 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, inside sales, student support, or a related customer-facing role. Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and a helpful approach to prospective learners. Good organization, follow-up discipline, and comfort working with targets and lead-management processes. Ability to work from the Ernakulam office and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
