Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective students and parents to generate admission enquiries. Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information regarding courses, batches, fees, faculty, schedules, and admission procedures. Understand the academic requirements, goals, and concerns of students and parents. Counsel parents and students and recommend appropriate courses based on their requirements. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Convert qualified leads and enquiries into confirmed admissions. Reconnect with previous, inactive, and pending leads to generate new admission opportunities. Handle objections and address queries related to fees, courses, timings, faculty, and other admission-related concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, counselling discussions, and admission status.
