About the Job We are looking for passionate freshers to join our team as Admission Counsellors at RiseUpp. You will help students and working professionals choose the right Under Graduate, Post Graduate, and professional courses to grow their careers. This is an onsite role at our Silk Board office in Bangalore. What You Will Do Guide Students and Professionals : Talk to candidates through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to understand their goals and suggest the best courses. Help with Admissions : Support candidates in filling out applications, submitting documents, and making fee payments. Follow Up on Leads : Reach out to potential candidates and explain how the courses can help them achieve their goals. Maintain Records : Use simple tools (we will train you!) to keep track of your daily work and share updates with the team. Provide Feedback : Share what students want to help us improve. Who Can Apply Education : Bachelor's degree in any field. Skills : Strong communication skills (English/Hindi/local language). Friendly and empathetic nature to connect with candidates.
