Admission Associate at Study Smart

Roles & Responsibilities - Admission Associate: Student Communication - Handle student and parent queries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Counselling Support - Assist SA Counsellors during counselling sessions and maintain detailed student notes. University Shortlisting - Research and prepare suitable university/course options based on student profiles. Document Coordination - Follow up with students for required documents and assist with CV, SOP, LOR, and other documentation. Application Processing - Compile, review, and submit applications while ensuring accuracy and timely processing. University Follow-ups - Manage university correspondence, application acknowledgements, offer letters, and escalations. Scholarship & Offer Updates - Coordinate scholarship applications and keep students updated on offers and scholarships. CRM Management - Maintain accurate student records, follow-ups, and task updates in the CRM. Tuition Deposit Support - Guide students regarding tuition deposits and university deadlines. Visa Assistance - Support students with visa documentation, financial requirements, CAS/COE/I-20, and interview coordination. Accommodation Support - Provide suitable accommodation options and assist students with the booking process. Pre-Departure Support - Assist with visa forms, insurance, travel cards, flights, and pre-departure documentation. Post-Departure Support - Follow up with students after departure and coordinate success stories/testimonials. Student Success Tracking - Maintain visa and enrollment proofs and update student records in the CRM. Events & Training - Support Admission Days/Education Fairs and participate in university and refresher training sessions. Team Coordination - Coordinate with internal teams and proactively resolve student-related issues throughout the admission journey.
