Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Support HR functions, including record-keeping and new hire onboarding. Ensure compliance with administrative policies and regulations. Provide general administrative support to the team and management. Requirements Proven experience as an Admin Executive or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A minimum of 1 year of experience is required for this role. Experience in the education or training industry is a plus.
