This is a full-time, two-month paid internship suited to candidates who can manage responsibilities carefully, communicate clearly, and maintain accurate records in a professional work environment. Responsibilities Assist with routine administrative activities, office coordination, documentation, filing, and record maintenance. Support basic accounting tasks such as preparing entries, organising invoices, tracking expenses, and coordinating financial documents. Maintain accurate registers, spreadsheets, correspondence, and internal reports. Coordinate with team members, visitors, vendors, and service providers as required. Help ensure that office processes run smoothly and follow up on assigned tasks in a timely manner. Driving may be required for occasional work-related errands or local coordination, where applicable. Requirements Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Basic familiarity with accounting records, office software, spreadsheets, and documentation. Clear communication and a practical, service-oriented approach to daily tasks.
