CloudUnicorn Private Limited is hiring for Accounts & Operations Executive! About the Company: CloudUnicorn Private Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts & Operations professional to support its growing business. This role offers hands-on exposure to accounting, compliance, sales coordination, vendor management, and daily business operations in a collaborative environment focused on learning and growth. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate entries in Zoho Books, including expenses, salaries, rent, vendor purchase orders, invoices, GST, TDS, and related financial records. Support monthly GST, TDS, and professional tax filings while ensuring adherence to applicable financial regulations. Collect pricing and quotations from OEMs and distributors and coordinate with sales and technology teams on daily reports. Prepare and send customer quotations through Zoho and support sales funnel coordination. Manage vendor portals, place purchase orders, maintain cost and profitability sheets, and track operational documentation. Coordinate attendance, payroll, material logistics, customer payments, vendor payment forecasts, and expense management. Requirements: B.Com qualification with 0-2 years of relevant experience in accounts, operations, administration, or coordination. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Working knowledge of Zoho Books and general administrative processes. Logical and analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a commitment to accurate financial entries. Ability to coordinate effectively with sales, technology, vendors, customers, and internal teams. Quick-learning attitude, ownership of processes, and strong teamwork skills. Compensation: ₹2.4 LPA fixed. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Bangalore with one opening.
