GenRec.AI is hiring for Accounts Executive - US Accounting About the Company GenRec.AI is seeking an Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in US Accounting to support bookkeeping and financial operations for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for US clients. Prepare and post journal entries. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Maintain General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR). Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare financial reports and support audit requirements. Work on accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Requirements B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification. 1-3 years of experience in US Accounting. Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar ERP. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Good communication skills.
