About the Company Navnit Motors Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Accounts Executive to support accurate and timely accounting operations for its automobile dealership business. The role will work closely with dealership functions and help maintain reliable financial records, documentation, and compliance support across daily transactions. Responsibilities Record daily accounting entries, receipts, payments, journal vouchers, sales, purchases, cash, bank, and general ledger transactions. Prepare and verify invoices, credit notes, debit notes, vehicle invoices, receipts, and payment documentation. Perform bank reconciliations, maintain customer and vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on receivables and payables. Support GST, TDS, audit documentation, monthly closing, MIS preparation, and management reporting. Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, Insurance, and other departments to complete accounting requirements accurately and within timelines. Requirements Graduate in Commerce; B.Com preferred. 1-4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with an automobile dealership. Working knowledge of Tally or ERP systems, MS Excel, GST, and TDS. Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, documentation discipline, communication, and coordination skills. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Chembur, Mumbai, with a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹35,000. The selected candidate will be expected to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate ownership of assigned work, and contribute positively to the finance and accounts function.
