About this role
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Zoho, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities. Maintain financial records and prepare reports. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records. Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents. Generate invoices and follow up on payments. Process payroll and employee reimbursements (if required). Work extensively on Zoho Books and other accounting software. Assist with monthly and yearly financial closing. Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements. Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and documented. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Relevant experience as an Accountant. Hands-on experience with Zoho Books. Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
