Shakti Legal Compliance India is hiring for the role of Accounts Executive! Responsibilities of the Candidate: Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions. Handle accounts payable and receivable activities. Prepare invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment records. Perform bank and ledger reconciliations. Maintain accurate records of expenses and receipts. Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements. Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and accounts-related queries. Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts records. Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as required. Maintain bank & post office KYC and coordinate with banks & post office for the kyc. Requirements: 1 year of relevant experience in accounting/finance. Graduate in B. Com, M. Com, or a related field preferred. Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS. Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel . Good numerical and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills.
