About the Company: Novatrix Designs Private Limited is looking for a dependable Accountant to support accurate financial operations and day-to-day accounting activities from its Noida Sector 65 office. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders while maintaining strong financial discipline and timely reporting. Responsibilities: Maintain accounting records, vouchers, invoices, ledgers, and supporting documentation. Record and reconcile day-to-day financial transactions, bank statements, receivables, and payables. Assist with monthly closing activities, expense tracking, payment processing, and preparation of management reports. Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve discrepancies and collect required financial information. Support statutory compliance, audit preparation, and timely submission of relevant finance documentation. Requirements: At least 1 year of professional experience in accounting or a related finance function. Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoices, and basic financial reporting. Good attention to detail, numerical accuracy, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work full-time from the Noida Sector 65 office. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position.
