Arnifi is hiring an Accounting Associate to support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations. The role involves working closely with internal teams and clients while utilizing accounting software to manage financial processes effectively. Roles and Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address accounting requirements and queries. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. Collect, review, and organize sales and purchase invoices. Maintain company books using Zoho Books, Tally, and Xero. Generate invoices and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks. Assist in maintaining accurate ledgers and financial documentation. Support monthly financial reporting and reconciliations. Assist with basic GST and TDS compliance tasks under guidance. Coordinate with senior accountants and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality task completion. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. 1-2 years of relevant full-time accounting experience. Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Tally, and Xero (preferred). Basic working knowledge of GST and TDS compliance. Strong communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
