Sanitix Technology is hiring for Accountant / Accounts & Finance Executive About the Company Sanitix Technology is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant / Accounts & Finance Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, handling invoices and payments, and supporting GST, TDS and other compliance-related work. Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and financial records. Handle sales, purchase, expense, receipt and payment entries. Prepare and verify invoices, bills, debit/credit notes and vouchers. Maintain customer and vendor ledgers. Manage accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments. Perform bank and ledger reconciliations. Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance. Coordinate with the CA/accounting consultant for filings, audits and financial documentation. Maintain proper records of business expenses and supporting documents. Assist in preparing basic MIS reports and financial statements. Handle accounting documentation related to export/international transactions when required. Requirements B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or relevant qualification. 1-3 years of experience in accounting preferred. Good knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / accounting software. Working knowledge of GST and TDS. Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and documentation. Good communication and coordination skills.
