Accountant / Accounts Executive at Rolexto Group

Roles: Manage daily accounting entries and maintain financial records. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Prepare invoices, vouchers, journal entries, and ledger updates. Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities. Prepare MIS reports and support financial reporting. Monitor payments, expenses, and outstanding balances. Coordinate with auditors and maintain required documentation. Ensure accurate data entry and proper record management. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Responsibilities: Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions. Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records. Support audit activities and provide required financial documents. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks. Maintain accounting software and update financial data regularly. Assist in month-end and year-end account closing activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in accounting (freshers may be considered for junior roles). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, ERP, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar tools . Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
