TS Publication is hiring an Accountant! Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts, journals, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting financial records. Prepare and review Profit and Loss statements and assist with periodic financial reporting. Manage GST filing activities, reconcile relevant data, and maintain compliance records. Handle the company's current account, including transaction tracking, bank reconciliations, payment coordination, and documentation. Prepare and support Income Tax Return (ITR) filing and related schedules. Manage TDS calculations, deductions, records, certificates, and filing support. Apply knowledge of HSN/SAC codes and ensure appropriate classification in invoices and compliance documentation. Identify discrepancies, maintain organized files, and coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and external advisors when required. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or finance operations. Practical knowledge of Profit and Loss preparation, GST filing, ITR filing, and TDS compliance. Experience handling a company current account and performing bank reconciliations. Working knowledge of HSN/SAC code classification and its use in accounting or tax documentation. Strong command of accounting fundamentals, numerical accuracy, and financial record management. Good proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software, along with clear communication and follow-through.
